Neurula Health is a cloud EMR and healthcare operating system for clinics, hospitals and health networks in the UAE and GCC. It includes patient registration with Emirates ID, scheduling with SMS and WhatsApp reminders, dynamic clinical forms, e-prescriptions and pharmacy, lab and radiology orders, billing and revenue cycle management, insurance claims and prior authorization, telemedicine, a patient portal, and analytics. It is built for UAE health information exchange workflows (NABIDH in Dubai, Malaffi in Abu Dhabi). Typical go-live is 6–10 weeks.
Neurula Scribe (nScribe) is an ambient AI clinical scribe delivered as a Chrome extension. It transcribes doctor–patient consultations in English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu and Tagalog, including mixed-language conversations. It generates a structured English SOAP note with ICD-10 coding hints and autofills the open EMR form; the clinician reviews every field before signing. It works with any browser-based EMR without integration. It is stateless by design: no audio, transcript or note is kept after the session. Neurula Scribe is listed in the Cloud Security Alliance STAR Registry and is designed to align with UAE PDPL and Abu Dhabi ADHICS.
