MeetingIQ turns meetings into usable minutes. It transcribes Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet calls or uploaded recordings, summarises them and picks out decisions and action items with owner and due date. The service is hosted in Germany. Original audio is deleted after 24 hours by default, and each workspace sets its own retention periods. Before an upload, a consent step confirms that everyone recorded has agreed, and the data processing agreement (DPA) is ready to sign inside the account.
