We use the Neufast platform to score and shortlist a large number of summer intern candidates in an objective, quantitative way. The platform is versatile and easy to use, and it lets us set our own hiring criteria and create questions for the online interviews without difficulty. After we import the candidate list, the platform automatically sends invitation emails, conducts the online interviews, and then reports and summarizes the analytics, which saves us substantial time while still giving us high confidence in the shortlisting results. When we later interviewed the shortlisted candidates in person, their performance was largely consistent with the video interview results. The multilingual feature has also been essential for our roles, since the platform can assess candidates’ language abilities objectively.
