I was pleasantly surprised by this software during my first trial. Despite its overwhelming UI, it turned out to be quite simple to use. It has been a game changer for me in terms of time tracking and billing. With a bit of discipline, I can easily create tasks from my email. I've even set up the software to automatically forward certain emails to trigger tasks. While I believe the scheduling feature has the potential to be just as powerful and easy to use as the tasks and time tracking, I haven't had the opportunity or discipline to fully utilize it yet.

Simple desing, excellent usability for people who never worked as a project manager before. With all that full of options and possibilities like time tracking, collaboration, making invoices, task lists, work with a team.
