I like that NetBrain has reduced the amount of time that was spent creating maps by hand. The different types of maps, Layer 2, Layer 3, etc., are a great help to visualizing a complex network.

Netbrain makes it easy to create visio diagrams from real-time network information. It also helps automate some mundane tasks that would take several engineers hours to complete. We created some custom scripts/jobs that really help increase our efficiency.
