The platform provides webshop infrastructure, secure checkout, payment processing, and merchant of record services purpose-built for the gaming industry. Neon includes three integrated solutions:
1. Neon Shop is a customizable webshop that game studios deploy on their own domain to sell in-game currency, items, and bundles directly to players. It includes a visual site builder, pre-built templates, configurable offer cards, and promotional tools such as first-purchase discounts, time-limited offers, and web-exclusive bundles. Built-in engagement features, daily login streaks, tiered loyalty programs, and periodic claimables, help drive repeat visits and purchases. Storefronts can be managed via dashboard, CSV upload, or API without requiring engineering resources for day-to-day operations.
2. Neon Checkout is a white-label payment experience with comprehensive merchant of record services. The checkout flow is designed to match each game's visual identity, and supports redirect, embedded, and popup configurations. As the merchant of record, Neon handles payment processing, automatic surfacing of Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods based on player location, plus tax calculation and remittance, fraud prevention, chargebacks, refunds, and regulatory compliance. Pricing is structured as a single all-in rate with no variable FX or pass-through fees.
3. Neon Console is the publisher dashboard for managing operations and analyzing performance. Publishers can configure offers, update pricing, launch promotions, and adjust storefront settings (via dashboard, CSV upload, or API) without requiring engineering support. The console also provides real-time transaction data with itemized fee breakdowns, promotional performance tracking, and full-funnel analytics from store visits through checkout completion. Data can be ingested via API, exported via CSV, or integrated with existing business intelligence tools through AWS and Google Cloud connections.
