NeighborlyEvents is event software for neighborhoods, homeowner associations, master-planned communities, and clubs. I built it for my own village in Irvine, where I sit on the Portola Springs Activities Committee and help run things like the monthly family game night at the clubhouse. Before this, a single event lived in a forms tool, a signup sheet, Canva, an email tool, a QR generator, and somebody's personal payment app. None of them shared data, and one volunteer held all the passwords. Residents register, pay, and check in without making an account. Organizers get real registrations and confirm-or-decline RSVPs instead of "interested" clicks, with capacity limits, waitlists that promote the next person when someone drops out, reminder emails, and QR check-in at the door. Volunteers live inside the event record. You build shifts, name supervisors, list tasks, and let the system auto-assign the gaps. Volunteers check in and out from their phone.
