We have really enjoyed using Nectar! Before Nectar, we used paper “Golden Tickets” as a way for teammates to recognize and thank each other. Moving this process to Nectar has made giving shout-outs so much easier, and our team has really embraced it.
One of my favorite features is the ability to connect recognition directly to our company values. It gives us an easy, everyday way to reinforce those values while recognizing teammates for the great things they are doing.
Nectar has taken something our team already valued and made it more accessible, engaging, and fun. It’s been a great addition to our company culture!

Nectar Makes Morale, Challenges, and Recognition Easy to Manage
I think what I like best about Nectar is for my specific position in the company, which has a lot to do with morale and gaining staff involvement, it allows me the ability to share, send and access so many of those qualities in one place. For example, I can create challenges, give feedback and award people for volunteering all in one place and easily track said information.
