WaveGo - Amazon DSP software for UK operators
WaveGo is the operations platform for Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) in the United Kingdom. It replaces the spreadsheets, group chats and manual checks that most depots still run on, and it was built for the British programme rather than translated into it.
Driver scheduling is a real-time calendar for shifts and route cover, so a gap is visible before it becomes a missed route rather than after it.
Recruitment and onboarding run themselves. One branded link does the whole thing: the driver applies, is screened before anyone spends time interviewing, uploads their documents, and arrives ready for day one. Onboarding happens in the driver's own language, over WhatsApp — where drivers already are, and without asking them to install anything.
British compliance is built in rather than bolted on: DBS checks and which one you can actually request, DVLA licence checks, Right to Work verification, payroll that reaches HMRC on time, MOT dates and the daily vehicle check.
Fleet costs stay under control through preventive maintenance instead of roadside recovery, digital daily vehicle checks, a record of who drove which van on which day, and cost per mile per vehicle without a spreadsheet.
Five seats are free for good, with no card and no contract. After that it is £10 per seat per month, and nothing else.
