FranklyMail is a hosted email service for domains that the customer owns. It provides mailboxes accessible over IMAP, POP3, SMTP and JMAP, a browser-based webmail client, and an admin panel for managing domains, mailboxes, aliases and catch-all addresses. Domains are connected by adding four DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), which the panel verifies and then monitors, reporting a domain as degraded if a record stops resolving. Additional features include server-side Sieve filters, two-factor authentication, and IMAP import from an existing provider. Pricing is a single plan at $9 per year covering an unlimited number of mailboxes and an unlimited number of domains, with 10 GB of storage pooled across the account. Additional storage is $0.40 per GB per year. Billing is per account rather than per user. The service does not include bulk or marketing email sending, and does not include calendar, file storage or document collaboration tools.
