It reads every FMCSA publish across 4.4 million USDOTs and surfaces carriers shopping for coverage now: BI/PD filings lapsed with nothing back on file, cancellations filed with advance notice, rejected filings, reinstated authority and brand-new authority. Every carrier carries an ISS estimate reconstructed from the published Inspection Selection System algorithm (Inspect, Optional or Pass), a Low to Severe loss-risk tier with the factors itemized, an estimated renewal X-date, the current insurer with switching history, and verified phone and email contacts. Lists filter by insurer, state, fleet size, cargo, risk tier and renewal window and export to CSV, Excel or PDF. One click prefills an ACORD 125 and 129 from the DOT number.
