MyTennis.School is an all-in-one management platform for tennis clubs, facilities and tennis schools in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. It replaces separate spreadsheets and tools with one system for members, courts, indoor subscriptions, training programs and billing. Tennis schools publish seasonal programs by age, level, day and price on a single registration page. They collect sign-ups from parents, build groups and generate every lesson of the season as a recurring series, with holidays excluded. Coaches and families see their schedules in a shared calendar. Clubs manage memberships, fees, indoor-court subscriptions and events, with one login per person. Bulk invoices for fees, subscriptions and training go out by email in one click, as Swiss QR bills, SEPA direct debit or GiroCode. Accounting exports (CSV and a PDF archive) and per-program revenue, cost and profit reports make handing things over to your accountant simple.
