Improved the quality of appointments coming into our calendar

One thing I really appreciate is that Myna doesn’t just book appointments blindly. The agent asks qualifying questions before scheduling, which helps filter out low intent leads. That has made our calendar much cleaner and reduced wasted calls significantly.

The follow up system is very consistent. Instead of one or two messages, the agent continues the conversation over time in a way that feels natural. It doesn’t come across as pushy, but it stays present enough to keep leads engaged. This has been very helpful for longer sales cycles.
