MyGreek is finance software for fraternity treasurers, housing corporations, and national headquarters. Treasurers bill members for dues, rent, fines, and events, to the whole chapter or a group like a pledge class, and every member sees a live balance. Dues collect themselves: automatic text and email reminders, payment plans members can propose, partial payments, early-pay discounts, and late fees. Members and parents pay by card, bank transfer, or Apple Pay from a link, no login required, and payouts reach the chapter's bank the next day. Unpaid balances can go to collections. Chapters can open a bank account with virtual and physical officer debit cards, track spending against budgets that sync with the bank, and approve reimbursements with receipts attached. MyGreek prepares and files the chapter's Form 990 with in-house preparers. An AI assistant answers questions about the chapter's finances, and officers and members can run everything from the MyGreek mobile app. A public storefront handles merch and tickets, and headquarters can invoice chapters and see their finances.
