Courtix - Book. Play. Manage.
Courtix is a cloud platform for tennis clubs that rent courts. Players book from the club’s own page on their phone; staff manage everything from a simple web console. No app to install, nothing to set up on site.
For players:
- Book a court in a few taps, singles or doubles, from the club’s public page.
- Invite partners by WhatsApp or Telegram link; invited players confirm their spot.
- Automatic confirmations and reminders on the player’s preferred channel.
- Join the waiting list and get notified when a slot frees up.
- Enter match scores and keep a personal match history.
For the club:
- A calendar per court with drag-and-drop bookings, blocks, recurring unavailability and multi-slot opening hours.
- Pricing by season and time band, with optional per-court surcharges.
- Customer records with contact channels, documents (such as medical certificates) and booking history.
- Front-desk cash register: collect payments, close the day, track unpaid quotas and no-shows.
- Notifications over WhatsApp Business, Telegram, SMS and email, with delivery status for every message.
- Public club page, reviews, and visibility on search engines.
- Role-based staff access, two-factor authentication and a full audit log of every action.
- Built-in help guide and in-app support requests.

Courtix is made in Italy by MyGEST Srl. Invoices are issued as Italian electronic invoices (SDI), dates and prices follow Italian rules, and the interface is in Italian.

Clubs sign up online, get their own address (yourclub.courtix.it) and a guided setup in nine steps. The first month is free from the first login.
