MyFileTracker is web-based CRM and operations software for nutritionists and wellness coaches, built first for Independent Herbalife Distributors. It brings client management, nutrition and measurement follow-up, orders, discounts, inventory and invoicing into one platform, so coaches can stop juggling spreadsheets and paper records. Client profiles store contact details, goals and follow-up notes and work on mobile and desktop. The measurement module records weigh-ins, body composition and progress over time. Inventory covers stock levels, reorder alerts and product SKUs, while invoicing supports order-based invoices, payment tracking and Peppol-ready e-invoicing. Solopreneur bookkeeping is supported as a secondary use case. Localized pages are available in Dutch, English, French and Spanish.
