MyContrat is contract management software built for French SMEs to centralize B2B supplier contracts: SaaS subscriptions, insurance, maintenance, telecom, leases, and other recurring vendor agreements. It imports contracts as PDF or Word files and uses AI to automatically extract the key data: effective date, renewal date, notice period, and amount. The platform calculates the real cancellation deadline (renewal date minus notice period) and sends configurable alerts at 90, 30, and 7 days before that deadline by email, SMS, or Slack, so unwanted automatic renewals never go unnoticed. A financial dashboard shows monthly and annual spend by supplier and category, plus savings from renewals avoided. An AI advisor answers questions about existing commitments and flags potential savings. Multi-entity accounts let one user oversee contracts across several legal entities. Data is hosted in France and the EU, AES-256 encrypted, GDPR-compliant, and stored in ISO 27001-certified datacenters.
