MyClubAcademy is management software for sports clubs and academies. It brings players, coaches, age groups, training sessions, attendance, subscriptions and payment records, events, announcements and chat into one place: a web admin panel for the club, and iOS and Android apps for coaches, players and parents. Coaches take attendance by scanning each player's QR pass at the gate, or mark the register by hand. Every training, match and event of the club sits on one calendar, as one-off sessions or repeating series. Subscription packages, admission fees, coupon codes, payment instructions with receipt approval and grace days keep the money side in order, and each player is reminded a week before a package ends. Reports cover attendance, players and revenue per age group and season, with a printable season report. Members and outsiders can book a court or pitch by the hour on the club's own booking page. Built-in AI in the admin panel generates training plans with the drills drawn on the court or pitch, answers questions from the club's own data, explains the analytics and polishes announcement text. MyClubAcademy supports football, basketball and padel, and is available in English, Arabic (right-to-left), Turkish, Spanish and German. Members pay the club directly; there is no built-in card payment. Free trial available.
