StudioTracker is the admin side of private teaching, done from your phone. It is built for UK music teachers and private tutors who teach one-to-one and bill their own students. Put lessons in the calendar (weekly ones repeat by themselves) and subscribe to it from Google, Apple or Outlook; every student gets their own private feed too. Mark a lesson attended and the invoice builds itself: per lesson on the day, monthly, or a whole term in advance, due before the first lesson. Invoices go out by email and SMS with a pay link; students pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through your own Stripe account, or by bank transfer or cash, and never need to create an account. Unpaid invoices are chased automatically on the days you choose, and the dashboard shows who still owes what. Term-based teaching is handled properly: term fees invoiced up front, your cancellation policy applied automatically (24 hours' notice, illness excused, forfeits otherwise), make-up lessons tracked until they ar
