My Sport Ally is an all-in-one platform built for endurance coaches who want to spend less time on admin and more time coaching. Design structured workouts with warm-up, main set and cool-down blocks, targeting heart rate, pace or power zones. Drag sessions from your workout library straight onto your athletes’ calendars and see each week at a glance, with training volume tracked per sport, in time or distance. Completed activities sync automatically from Garmin and Suunto. After each session, athletes log how it felt, their RPE and their enjoyment, so you get the context behind the numbers, not just the data. My Sport Ally also helps you grow your business. Create coaching offers in a few steps, manage your availability, and publish them in English and French to reach more athletes. Built by a trail runner, for coaches in running, trail, cycling and triathlon.
