Musbat Dental is practice management software built for dental clinics in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. It runs entirely in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install. It started as an order from a dentist with 16 years of practice for his own clinic. Conversations with other dentists then turned it into a system any clinic can use, kept deliberately simple. Each patient has one electronic record that holds the visit history, the interactive dental chart, the treatment plan and all invoices and payments. Treatment plans calculate stage costs automatically, and an invoice is created straight from the plan. Invoices carry a status (draft, issued, paid), patients can pay in installments, and a one-click "Debtors" filter shows who still owes money. The appointment calendar shows each dentist's and each chair's availability. Automatic SMS reminders reduce no-shows (Maxsus and VIP plans). Inventory tracks stock levels, receipts and suppliers. Staff work in one of five roles (Admin, Manager, Dentist, Front desk, Staff), and pay can be fixed, hourly or commission-based. Several branches are managed from one dashboard. The interface is available in Uzbek, Russian and English, and each user picks their own language. Each clinic's data is fully isolated and backed up regularly.
