What stood out immediately was the ease of use. Teams could generate forms, customize workflows, and start collecting structured information very quickly without requiring dedicated technical support. The UI/UX felt lightweight and intuitive, which helped both technical and non-technical users adopt it easily. Another strong point was how naturally it integrated with Google Workspace tools already being used daily. Responses flowed directly into Google Sheets and existing collaboration workflows, which reduced the amount of manual consolidation work operations teams previously handled. We also benefited from the speed of iteration. During fintech onboarding or internal operational process updates, forms could be modified and redeployed quickly as requirements evolved without rebuilding workflows from scratch. From a productivity standpoint, the biggest value came from reducing repetitive administrative work and standardizing information collection across teams.

The ability to create a form (survey, quiz or feedback) directly from a spreadsheet, and to use question-banks and import existing forms means we are spend minutes instead of hours building structured data-capture tools.

This is something I found through a google search. For me creating a Form is something which takes hours and this tools helps me to make it easy without depending on others. I Can make quizzes or surveys easily using this tool. The important thing I found is its integrated with google workspace so reduces the fritiction by going around with multiple applications.
