MsgOrb is a WhatsApp communication platform for churches, schools, nonprofits, clubs and small businesses. It runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, and MsgOrb is a Verified Meta Tech Provider. Organizations import their members, organize them into groups, and send scheduled announcements and reminders as private one-to-one WhatsApp messages. Replies arrive in a shared inbox, and members who reply STOP are opted out automatically. Event Check-in gives each event an RSVP link; guests receive an entry pass on WhatsApp, and a door team scans it from their own phones. Kids Check-in handles drop-off and pickup with a pickup code sent to the parent. Event Tickets, Program Fees and Membership Dues collect payments through the organization's own Stripe account: one-time tickets, program fees paid in full or in monthly parts, and monthly or yearly dues charged automatically, with receipts on WhatsApp. Plans are priced by the number of contacts an organization keeps, from a free plan for 60 members to Enterprise plans for 25,000 members or more. MsgOrb does not sell message credits; Meta bills messages to the organization's own WhatsApp Business Account.
