Mr. Safety is a compliance and safety platform for Dutch organizations with 250+ employees, often spread across multiple locations, where RI&E, BHV rosters, inspections and incident records still live in scattered spreadsheets and documents. That gap becomes visible exactly when it matters most: during an audit or after an incident. The platform brings risk assessment (RI&E) with action plans, BHV certification and staffing, inspection and equipment scheduling (incl. NEN 3140/1010), incident registration with follow-up, and hazardous substance registers together in one place, with a real-time compliance overview per location so gaps are visible before an inspector finds them. Mr. Safety is part of NLSafetyGroup, alongside HBO Safe (BHV and training) and BrandveiligNL (fire safety), so software can be combined with hands-on execution such as training and on-site inspections.
