Management software for vehicle rental companies in Spain that reports every rental contract to the Spanish Interior Ministry SES.HOSPEDAJES platform through its web service at the moment of signing, as required by Royal Decree 933/2021. Includes mobile contract signing with one-time codes, photo check-in and check-out with PDF damage reports, driver identification for traffic fines and registration of the renter as habitual driver with the DGT. Payments run by card, by SEPA B2B direct debit with advance notice to the customer or through the rental company's own Redsys payment terminal, and funds go straight to the rental company account. Before each direct debit batch it flags contracts with previously returned payments so they can be left out. Built for small and medium rental companies of vans, cars and machinery.
