MOTVIVO is booking and sales software for small fitness businesses: yoga and Pilates studios, reformer studios, boxing and martial arts gyms, dance studios and independent instructors.
Taking a booking is the easy part. MOTVIVO is built for what comes after it: the class that's full with people waiting, the empty places in the morning class, the member on their last credit, the regular who has quietly stopped coming.
For the studio: timetable and calendar, memberships with weekly or monthly limits, credit packs with separate credit types (e.g. reformer and mat), drop-ins, waitlists that move people up automatically, late-cancellation rules, check-in, point of sale with stock, invoices and receipts, gift vouchers, challenges and badges, refer-a-friend, a team schedule, and a members list that shows who owes, who's running out and who has stopped coming. Martial arts clubs can track belts and plan gradings. Every studio gets its own website with live booking.
For the studio's members: a booking page on their phone to see the timetable, book, cancel, join waitlists, pay, buy class packs and memberships, and sign the waiver.
Online payments go straight into the studio's own Stripe account. Pricing is simple and public: from €9 a month, first month free with no card, no contract and no setup fee. MOTVIVO is made in Cyprus by LuxArte Ltd, and the founder sets each studio up with them.
