Motionprint Ergo is an ergonomic assessment platform for occupational health and H&S professionals. It takes motion capture recordings and turns them into validated risk assessment reports automatically — covering posture, manual handling, and lifting risk using established ergonomic methods. Every assessment runs through the same structured workflow: load a recording, define your task windows, and the platform scores every frame, applies the method's tables, and assembles a complete report with a 3D viewer, per-frame risk graph, and critical moment detection. Current methods include RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment), the NIOSH Lifting Equation, and KIM-LHC — with more being added with each release. Results are exported as branded PDF or Excel reports. Beyond individual assessments, the built-in Projects Database gives you a permanent library of every assessment you save — reopen any project to review findings, update settings, or re-export at any time. This makes it practical for teams running repeated assessments across workstations, building an audit trail, or comparing results across time. Motionprint Ergo is designed as a long-term platform rather than a single-purpose calculator: additional input sources and assessment methods are added continuously, so it grows with your ergonomics program.
