The clear UI makes it easy for team members to submit card requests and upload receipts without needing help from finance. I can set up approval rules that route requests to the correct department leads based on spending limits. It also ensures we have a review-gate that acts as a barrier for software expenses and acquiring new tools while providing a clear overview of our payments and tools.
