MosaOS is a modular business management platform for small Swiss service companies. It combines job and route planning, customer communication, work reporting and invoicing in one system. Industry-specific tools are built in rather than bolted on: sites and tours for building cleaning, construction sites and time-and-material reports for trades, maintenance contracts for landscaping, bait stations and inspection deadlines for pest control, vehicle files and tyre storage for car workshops. The base package covers job and route planning, customer and site records with service history, and staff management with role-based permissions. Optional modules add quotes, Swiss QR invoices, task assignment, an email inbox, recurring contracts, photo and signature proofs, call logs and job costing. Field staff work in a separate mobile view. Time tracking runs through a QR code at the site, recording time, employee, job, photo and notes. Emails and call notes stay attached to the customer and j
