What I like about MortgageMaker.ai is the way it pulls in property data, including supplemental taxes, all in one place. The simplicity of creating a report and how easy it is to use makes it a really powerful tool.

It's all about the presentation!

Mortgage Maker lets a loan officer customize what the client sees. In some cases a client doesn't need to see things that don't apply to their situation. My favorite feature in MM is that you can turn off fields that don't apply.

Best new tool for Loan Officers !!!

|Mortgage Maker
It allows a prospective client to see, understand and interract with the numbers that comprise an overall payment. It allows for "on the fly" rate adjustments and allows the client to add additional properties to create "side by side" comparisons of properties. The software is super smart, it pulls the property tax data, HOA, projects out insurance costs, and gives you an accurate PITI with speed an reliability. I use it daily and so do my clients!
