Curora is a cloud-based appointment scheduling and practice management software for small healthcare and wellness practices in Italy: physiotherapy, aesthetic medicine, psychology, nutrition, osteopathy, podiatry, speech therapy, beauty centres and multi-site clinics.
It combines a multi-location agenda with automatic conflict detection, automated SMS reminders and notifications (confirmation, change, cancellation, reminder), an encrypted patient record with an optional clinical file (medical history, session notes, before/after photos, attachments), and mass SMS/email communications with cost estimates before sending.
Data protection is built in for GDPR Article 9 (health data): encryption at rest, mandatory two-factor authentication, role-based access, audit trail, automatic anonymisation of inactive patients and full data export.
Pricing is a flat monthly fee starting at €29/month (VAT excluded) with no commission on bookings or patients; SMS are pay-per-use. The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. Curora does not issue invoices and has no public online booking marketplace: bookings are managed by the practice.
