MonuDesk is order management software made for monument dealers, headstone retailers and memorial shops. It covers what a shop does between the first call and the final payment: quotes, drawings, cemetery paperwork, installs and payments, on one screen.
Every order is a card on a board, with a column for each stage. The shop sees at a glance what is waiting on the family, the cemetery or the supplier, and what is still owed. Quotes fill in from the dealer's own price book for stone, lettering, cemetery and extras, and an accepted quote becomes the order. Contracts, invoices and receipts are generated from what was typed once.
Each family gets a portal link to see where their stone is, find their documents and pay online. The dealer chooses what each family sees. On the Pro plan, families also approve the drawing there, and the dealer gets a time-stamped sign-off.
Each cemetery's application, fees and foundation rule are set once, and every order for that cemetery gets the right to-dos. Pro adds purchase orders, foundation orders and shop tickets, installation planning by cemetery, county or zone, open balances by age with one-click reminders, sales tax reports, inventory, email filed with each order, and QuickBooks Online.
MonuStudio, the 3D designer inside MonuDesk, shows the family the stone before it is cut, at the table or on the dealer's website, where finished designs arrive on the board as quotes. The iPhone app covers orders, quotes, a document scanner and family approvals. Wholesalers can invite the dealers they supply, and invited dealers use MonuDesk free.
New shops send their contact, cemetery and vendor lists in any format, and the MonuDesk team imports them and sets the account up on a live call. Data is backed up every day and can be exported at any time.
