MonthDocs is a document collection tool for accounting and bookkeeping firms. You define once which documents each client provides every month: bank statements, sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payroll. Then you open the new month for all clients with one click. Clients get a secure sign-in link, see exactly what is missing and upload from their phone or computer, without an account or password. You review each file and accept it or reject it with a short reason; the client sees the reason and uploads a corrected file. The dashboard shows who is complete, who is late and what is waiting for review. Automatic reminders replace the chasing by email and messengers. Teams can split clients between accountants. The client portal and emails work in 12 languages, files are stored privately and every download is logged. MonthDocs also has iOS and Android apps for clients and accountants.
