Unlike tools that hand you a summary to trust, ClauseShift shows its receipts: every finding quotes the real contract text, so you can read the wording and verify it yourself. Add a contract by pasting text or uploading a PDF, DOCX, TXT, or audio recording, and get back an overall risk score, clause-by-clause findings with the exact text quoted, and the key dates you should not miss. Common uses include client and vendor agreements, freelance and service contracts, NDAs, leases, and employment offers. Reviews run through premium AI models, and your first review includes a two-model cross-check at no cost. ClauseShift does not save your source file to your account and trains no AI of its own; third-party providers process content under their own terms and have confirmed they do not use it to train their models.
