ModLetter is a web-based letter editor for teams whose letters have to be right: insurers, lenders, housing bodies, property managers, legal firms and pension providers.
You write one letter on your print partner's real sheet, with the address window and the partner's reserved areas shown on the page as you type. Merge a CSV or paste your recipients, then run checks before anything prints. When it's ready, post it through your own Docmail, Stannp, Pingen or Lob account, or export a print-ready PDF for any printer. ModLetter never prints or posts letters itself, and you pay your print partner directly.
Reviewers can open a shared proof without an account. On Business, you lock approved wording, a second person signs off each version, and you can make letters from your own systems with the API.
Recipient data is stored in the EU and removed 30 days after each mailing.
