Modla is an online asset modelling platform that performs two main functions. The first is to facilitate collaboration and sharing of asset knowledge and data within industry. This is achieved using a standardised framework with a reliability engineering foundation, to develop knowledge repositories termed “Models”, representing current thinking around an asset class. The second function is to use these “Models” as an input to answer common business queries in a live and automated way. This process can be used to produce budgets, programs of work, optimise maintenance strategy and spares holdings, produce job plans and more.
