Modero is practice management software for independent telecom advisors: the agents, consultants, and small firms that source and manage carrier services for business clients.
Most advisory practices run on tools that were never meant to work together. The sales pipeline lives in a general-purpose CRM, circuit inventory lives in spreadsheets, orders live in email threads, and contract dates live wherever someone last wrote them down. Reconciling those sources is administrative work that comes out of selling time or out of payroll. Modero puts the practice in one system.
The platform handles client and opportunity records, service inventory down to the circuit, and order tracking from quote through install. Contracts and renewal dates sit against the services they cover, so a renewal surfaces while there's still time to negotiate it.
The Flux module connects to carrier bandwidth-on-demand APIs, starting with Lumen NaaS and Internet on Demand. Advisors can schedule or automate bandwidth changes at client sites instead of filing a change order and waiting on the carrier.
Modero sells on monthly and annual subscriptions, with a discount for paying annually. Advisors who want Flux without the rest of the platform can license the module on its own for $50 per month. Channel partners can white-label the platform.
