Escola360 is a school management platform built in Mozambique and used by Mozambican schools since 2016. It brings enrolment, academic records, school fees, front office, human resources and treasury into a single system, so the school office, the teachers, the management and the families all work from the same information. Teachers record marks and attendance, and the platform produces mark sheets and report cards in the formats of the Mozambican National Education System, Cambridge and IB. The finance team sees who has paid and who owes, applies fines and discounts, and sends reminders. Families pay fees by M-Pesa, e-Mola and other local methods, and each payment is reconciled on the student account with a receipt issued on the spot. Invoicing is authorised by the Mozambican Tax Authority. Parents and guardians follow marks, absences, timetable, fees, receipts and school announcements in the Escola360 app for Android and iOS, included in the school licence. Implementation is phased and includes configuration, data migration from Excel or a previous system, and staff training. Support is available by WhatsApp, e-mail and phone.
