Modern Day Strategy brought some fresh ideas to the table that we had not thought of before. For example, we spend a lot of time on sending customers quotes. Modern Day Strategy helped us automate this process by allowing customers to compile their quotes online themselves.

Because of the large quantities of funds that we trade daily, risk is our biggest concern. Modern Day Strategy’s hands-on approach to implementing tailored RPA solutions was, therefore, a great plus for us, given our need to make sure we manage risk while still enjoying the benefits of automation.

At E-Prop, we develop custom made logistical and warehousing solutions. The Benelux e-commerce market is growing rapidly where the direct to consumer trend is causing a shift in the way products are distributed: where normally a product gets distributed from factory, to distribution centre, to shop we now see products go from factory, to distribution centre and then to a smaller distribution centre closer to the city from where products get delivered directly to the consumer. In order to satisfy the increasingly sophisticated consumer needs for on-time delivery and returns, our distribution centres need to be equipped with the latest technology to help facilitate these kinds of processes. Each distribution centre we build is unique and requires a tailored approach. Modern Day Strategy was able to provide us with the tailored solutions that we required in a timely manner and did so cost-effectively.
