MobiKreş is a preschool and kindergarten management platform delivered as each school's own branded mobile app (white-label) on the App Store and Google Play, plus a web panel. Teachers take attendance, fill in end-of-day reports for the whole class at once (meals per dish, nap times, activities, mood) and share photos and videos, with each child tagged so parents see only the photos their own child appears in. Parents and teachers message each other inside the app with photos, voice notes, read receipts and school-defined messaging hours. An AI assistant helps rewrite messages and announcements in a professional, pedagogical tone and can translate announcements for foreign-language parents; the app interface is available in 8 languages (Turkish, English, German, Russian, Ukrainian, Azerbaijani, French, Arabic). Menus can be imported from a document or photo, and an AI allergy check flags meals that are risky for children with recorded allergies. Administrators track tuition, income and expenses, surveys and digital consents, medication, safe pick-up and an activity log. Data is stored per school with tenant isolation; the app also works offline and syncs when the connection returns.
