Myindsett is an all-encompassing platform that lets me manage clients thoroughly, both in detail and at a global level. I really appreciate how simple it is to use. It was also very easy to integrate with Google Calendar, and I’m impressed by the intuitive input formatting - it makes data entry fast, effortless, and essentially error-free. I’ve also found it to be stable and reliable: it’s super responsive and doesn’t crash at all. As an admin, I depend on those qualities, and whenever I have a question or a suggestion, Aaron’s support is consistently superb and quick to respond!

The price is reasonable and competitive - I appreciate the price includes all the important things therapists need (telehealth, AI note summaries, client reminders, billing, etc) versus à la carte pricing that gets expensive fast. I’m not a tech connoisseur so what stands out most to me is the customer service and responsiveness of the team. Whether there’s a bug or user error they are efficient and kind! I can navigate the system well - it’s intuitive.

Miyndsett is simple, intuitive, and genuinely clinician-friendly, rather than an EHR that adds extra administrative work. For me, the standout feature is the AI-assisted documentation, because it saves a significant amount of time and allows you to keep your attention on your clients instead of getting stuck in paperwork.
