GateKeeperZero is a society management platform built for Indian housing societies, apartment complexes, gated communities, RWAs and AOAs. One system covers the gate, the money and the residents. At the gate, the guard app logs visitors, deliveries, cabs and house help, asks the resident to approve, and keeps working offline. Residents pre-approve guests, raise emergency alerts and get notices on the resident app. The committee runs everything from a web dashboard and a manager app. For money, GateKeeperZero creates GST-compliant maintenance invoices, handles TDS, and collects online by UPI, cards or net banking, with audit-ready reports. The helpdesk, amenity booking and community notices sit in the same place. Pricing is published: Basic is free forever, and a new society gets the Standard plan included for its first 90 days on real data, with no card required. Standard is Rs 9 per flat per month (billed yearly, ex-GST). There is no advertising to residents, no setup fee and no lock-in beyond the paid year. Migration from MyGate, ApnaComplex or NoBrokerHood is free, data can be exported at any time, and hosting is in India.
