MKE is a solid product

I've used MKE (formerly UCP) for almost 7 years now. We use it in Swarm mode and have hundreds of nodes with thousands of containers running. I love that we can have any number of worker nodes and our own internal trusted registry. In general it's fairly easy to use. In its simplest form, you can quickly setup a swarm, deploy services and containers. In terms of bells and whistles, you can get very fine tune with security and setup teams. In terms of customer support, Mirantis has always been helpful when we had issue. One other cool feature is that we can run in a mixed mode. I love the simplicity of swarm with the ability of using secrets, configurations, health checks and simple stack files to deploy services. Compared to Kubernetes in AWS, swarm on MKE is much simpler to learn.

MSR the docker registry that you need

The ability to organize the users within the organization is just great. It helps to manage the repo access at the group/org level rather than for individual user. The UI is pretty simple to use for admin as well as end users. creating a repo and giving permission to it is very simple and easy. The ability to sync with AD is icing on the cake.
