Minori Midori is commerce software built for food and produce distributors. The wholesale side is account-based: you designate the business accounts, and each one orders at its own prices, terms, and minimums. Pricing goes as fine as the relationship: one base list, named price tiers, and per-account overrides. Orders on terms become invoices with due dates, credit limits are enforced at checkout, overdue accounts get automatic reminders, and buyers pay invoices online by card or bank debit. Every plan includes a retail storefront with delivery days and zones, order cutoffs, pick lists, and route manifests. Growth adds subscription boxes and paid memberships. Enterprise adds catch-weight invoicing, multi-warehouse inventory, shipping labels, two-way QuickBooks Online sync, and a public API.
