Mindsmith has been incredibly easy to use. I migrated 30+ courses in about a week from another popular authoring tool without any issues, which made the transition feel seamless. The platform makes it straightforward to update formatting and colours, so everything stays on-brand with minimal effort. Overall, it’s been a hassle-free experience, and the team has been fantastic- always responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I highly recommend it. The pricing is very competitive, with both annual and monthly subscription options available. As someone who didn’t previously use AI tools for course creation, I’ve found this feature surprisingly valuable. It can make tweaks with just a prompt or two and generate interactive lessons very quickly.

Mindsmith has allowed me to spend more time thinking about the learning experience and less time wrestling with the mechanics of course development. What I value most is how quickly I can move from an initial idea to something tangible that can be shared, tested, and improved. That speed creates space for deeper conversations about learner needs, performance outcomes, and the real-world challenges people face on the job.

I am able to easily turn content that I have delivered in instructor led classrooms into interactive, learning experiences with great production values and reporting. Having content already and leveraging Mindsmith to make it more accessible to a wider audience has allowed me to do more with the limited time I have in my team of one. The user interface is easy. With a few prompts and adding my content, I can let it work in the background and come back to review and edit. I love that it has taken some of my content directly and integrated it into the final lesson, as it allows learners to see my personality and add some entertainment to the lesson. We currently have an LMS with a lesson building tool that has a horrible UX and produces lessons with little interaction, and bad production values. Mindsmith's lesson output allows me to link my lessons in my LMS for assigning, tracking and reporting.
