Maharaj is POS software for restaurants in India. Your staff take the order once, on a phone, and the KOT, the GST bill and your reports all come from that one order.
It runs on Android, iPhone, iPad and web, so you can start on the phones and tablets you already have. KOTs print on a thermal printer on your restaurant's network, or show live on a phone or tablet in the kitchen. At a quick-service counter, one checkout records the order and the payment, and guests watch for their token on a queue display. At a table, guests scan a QR code and order in their browser with nothing to install, and your staff confirm each order.
For month-end, Maharaj prepares GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and CMP-08 as CSV files for your accountant. A sale counts once the bill is fully paid, so your Day Book matches the money collected. Payment records and bill lines can't be edited or deleted afterwards.
AI analytics answers questions about your sales from your own paid bills, in English, Hindi or Marathi. Maharaj also has loyalty by phone number, meal subscriptions for tiffin kitchens, outlet comparison for groups and an Inventory add-on.
