A separate GitHub search allows sourcing of developers by programming language, location, and activity level, without using search credits. Once candidates are added to a position's pipeline, MindHunt AI can automatically retrieve email addresses and phone numbers when a candidate is moved to a specific pipeline stage. The platform also generates personalized outreach emails using AI, based on each candidate's profile and the job description, and sends them through the recruiter's connected Gmail account as part of automated, multi-step email sequences that stop automatically when a candidate replies. Candidates are tracked through a customizable Kanban-style pipeline with stages such as New, Approved, and Rejected. The platform includes analytics on pipeline performance and outreach metrics (open rates, reply rates), which can be shared with clients or hiring managers via a public link without requiring them to create an account. Additional features include a public job board for posting open positions, a client management module for recruitment agencies, and an integrations with external ATS for syncing vacancies and candidates.
