The ease of working with audio and video and the large number of features that work effectively on both a computer and a mobile device. You learn who is muted and who is unintentionally creating background noise and can mute them as necessary. There is an option for chat. You can create a meeting room by simply entering the name of the room and getting a link to it.

The best tool to hold videoconferences safely, where you decide who will be in the meeting and who will be denied entry, collaborations can be carried out using a shared screen.
About
What is Mind.com?
MindMeeting OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia) publishes InterMIND, a space for everyday team communication in the language each member thinks in: meetings, chat, files and the recap after every call, translated live for every participant. Voice, chat and notes are translated in 23 languages on InterMIND's own engine, documents in 30. The product runs on EU infrastructure (France, Germany, Ireland) with zero data retention on AI features and publishes a monthly per-language-pair translation-quality benchmark. It sits next to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Slack; guests join by link without an account, and the host's plan covers everyone in the meeting.
