We build for one kind of customer: commercial labs that receive physical samples from field investigations, such as asbestos, mould, PCB, heavy metals and building materials. The connected customer app, LabServices, lets your clients order, follow their samples and receive results themselves. Automatic invoicing closes the loop from order to paid invoice. We design from the lab floor. We spend time with lab managers, quality leads and field teams, and we build around their daily workflow, not around a feature checklist. The product is available in English, Danish, Norwegian, French and German. Milva Lab is priced as a fixed annual license plus a small fee per sample, with unlimited users on every plan.
