Support is the single biggest differentiator. We have a dedicated rep who is responsive, knows our business, and actually cares about our outcomes rather than just closing tickets. Every person we've reached on the help line has been easy to work with and – in our experience – based in the US, which makes a real difference on complexity and turnaround. You don't feel like a number here. Requests get heard, and features we've asked for have actually made it into the product. Day to day, the platform performs reliably under real volume. We run four locations and the front desk is in it constantly – booking, checkout, rebooking – and it's fast and stable, which matters more than any single feature. The UI itself is clean and intuitive and works well across every position, from front desk to providers to management. The calendar and smart-flow booking logic are the pieces our team uses most, and new hires get comfortable in it faster than I expected. We've also worked extensively with their API team to integrate Meevo with our other systems, and they've been collaborative and technically strong throughout. As a med spa, the last few years have been notable. Meevo has been intentional about investing in med spa specific functionality and it's made a meaningful difference in how we run the business day to day. We also moved to their integrated credit card processing. Rates are competitive and the support team there proactively flags chargebacks and works them on our behalf rather than leaving it to us. Overall there's a lot of value for what you pay. Between the platform itself, the level of support, the API access and the payment processing, we're getting more out of it than the cost would suggest.
